6. (Outside Dhaka city) If there is a problem during AC, technicians come and go to solve the AC Technician’s side Going and comingcar rental, food & accommodation costs will be borne entirely by the customer.
7. (Outside Dhaka city) 100% advance should be paid with work order.

Terms & Conditions
১. এসি ভাড়া নেওয়ার জন্য ফরম পূরণ করতে হবে এবং ছবি, ভোটার আইডি অথবা পাসপোর্ট এর ফটোকপি দিতে হবে ।
২. ৩ মাসের কম সময়ের জন্য এসি ভাড়া নিতে ইচ্ছুক হলে আলোচনার মাধ্যমে এসি রেন্ট এর ভাড়া নির্ধারণ করা হবে ।
৩. ভাড়া গ্রহণকারী নিম্নবর্ণিত শর্তসমূহ মানিয়া চলিতে বাধ্য থাকিবেন:
ক) ভাড়া গ্রহণকারী মাসিক ভাড়া প্রতি মাসের ৫ তারিখ বা তৎপূর্বে এসি সার্ভিসিং বিডি ইহার অফিস দোকান নং ৪৬, দ্বিতীয় তলা শামাতোত কমপ্লেক্স ডেমরা স্টাফ কোয়ার্টার ডেমরা, ঢাকা-৫ বা এসি সার্ভিসিং বিডির মনোনীত প্রতিনিধির কাছে মানি রিসিপ্টের মাধ্যমে পরিশোধ করিতে হইবে। যদি তার বিনিময়ে ভাড়া গ্রহণকারী এসি সার্ভিসিং বিডি কর্তৃক মনোনীত প্রতিনিধির দ্বারা যথাযথভাবে স্বাক্ষরিত রশিদ গ্রহণ না করেন তাহলে কোন অর্থ পরিশোধই এসি সার্ভিসিং বিডি কর্তৃক স্বীকৃত হইবে না।
খ) ভাড়া গ্রহণকারী ভাড়াকৃত এসি ভাল, ত্রুটিমুক্ত ও কর্মক্ষম রাখিবেন এবং এসি সার্ভিসিং বিডি তাহার প্রতিনিধিকে উহা পরিদর্শনের জন্য সময় ও সুযোগ প্রদানে বাধ্য থাকিবেন। ভাড়াকৃত এসির ত্রুটি মেরামতের জন্য এসি সার্ভিসিং বিডির টেকনিশিয়ান ব্যতীত অন্য কাউকেও নিয়োগ করা যাইবে না। এসি সার্ভিসিং বিডির মনোনীত টেকনিশিয়ান ব্যতীত অন্য
কোন টেকনিশিয়ান দ্বারা সম্পন্ন কর্মের ফলে উল্লেখিত এসির কোন ক্ষতি সাধন হইলে তার জ্ন্য ভাড়া গ্রহণকারী এসি সার্ভিসিং বিডির নিকট যথাযথভাবে দায়ী থাকিবেন।
গ) ভাড়াকৃত এসি ভাড়া গ্রহণকারী তাহর উল্লেখিত ঠিকানায় নিজ দায়িত্বে ও তত্ত্বাবধানে রাখিবেন এবং এসি সার্ভিসিং বিডির লিখিত পূর্ব অনুমতি ব্যতীত সেখান হইতে ভাড়াকৃত এসি স্থানান্তর করা যাইবে না বা অন্য কোনওভাবে বন্ধক, বিক্রয়, ভাড়া, হস্তান্তর ইত্যাদি করিতে পারিবেন না। এই শর্ত এসি সার্ভিসিং বিডির জ্ঞাতসারে বা অগোচরে ভাড়া গ্রহণকারী ভঙ্গ করিলে এসি সার্ভিসিং বিডি অত্র চুক্তি বাতিল করার অধিকারী হইবেন এবং তৎক্ষণাৎ এসি সার্ভিসিং বিডির নিকট ভাড়াকৃত এসি ভাড়া গ্রহণকারী বুঝাইয়া দিতে বাধ্য থাকিবেন।
৪. ভাড়া গ্রহণকারীর ইচ্ছা বা অনিচ্ছাকৃত অবহেলা বা অন্য যেকোন কারণে গ্রহণকৃত এসি অগ্নি বা বন্যার কারণে ক্ষতি বা ধ্বংস বা হারানো, চুরি বা অন্য যেকোন ভাবেই ভাড়া গ্রহণকারীর বেদখলে বা নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাহিরে চলিয়া গেলে ভাড়া গ্রহণকারী যাবতীয় ক্ষতিপূরণের অর্থ এসি সার্ভিসিং বিডি কে পরিশোধ কারতে বাধ্য থাকিবেন।
৫. এসি ফিটিং করার পরে যদি কোন কারণে এসি/এসির ইনডোর ইউনিট/আউটডোর ইউনিট সরিয়ে লাগানোর প্রয়োজন হয়, সেক্ষেত্রে এসি ভাড়া গ্রহণকারীকে উপযুক্ত কাজের সার্ভিস চার্জ এবং আংশিক গ্যাস চার্জ এর টাকা প্রদান করতে হবে।
৬. এসি ফেরত আনার সময় জামানতের টাকা ১ম পক্ষ (এসি সার্ভিসিং বিডি) ২য় পক্ষ (এসি ভাড়া গ্রহণকারী) কে ফেরত প্রদান করিবেন। চুক্তির মেয়াদ শেষ হওয়ার পরেও যদি ভাড়া গ্রহণকারী বেশি দিন/মাস ব্যবহার করতে ইচ্ছুক হয় তাহলে ভাড়া গ্রহণকারি কে একটি লিখিত আবেদনের মাধ্যমে জানাতে হবে এবং আগের চুক্তি অনুযায়ী এসির ভাড়া প্রদান করিতে হইবে। এসির কোন সমস্যা হলে কোম্পানীকে(এসি সার্ভিসিং বিডি) জানানোর সর্বোচ্চ ৭২ (বাহাত্তর) ঘন্টার মধ্যে সমাধান করা হবে।
৭. ২ মাস ভাড়া পরিশোধ করিতে ব্যর্থ হলে ভাড়া গ্রহণকারী এসি ফেরত দিতে বাধ্য থাকিবেন।
৮. কোম্পানীর (এসি সার্ভিসিং বিডি) প্রয়োজনে মোবাইল ফোনে অথবা লিখিত নোটিশের মাধ্যমে ১০ (দশ) দিনের মধ্যে এসির চুক্তি বাতিল করে এসি ফেরত নিতে পারিবে সেক্ষেত্রে এসি ভাড়া গ্রহণকারীর কোন আপত্তি গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
৯. আমরা ১০ ফিট কপার পাইপ ফ্রিতে দিব । ১০ ফিট কপার পাইপ এর পরে যদি অতিরিক্ত কপার পাইপ লাগে । তাহলে কাস্টমার কে প্রতি রানিং ফিট ১ টন থেকে ২ টনের কপার পাইপ এর জন্য অতিরিক্ত ৩০০ টাকা এবং ২.৫ টন থেকে ৫ টনের কপার পাইপের জন্য অতিরিক্ত ৩৫০ টাকা করে দিতে হবে ।
১০. এসি চালানোর জন্য ইলেকট্রিক লাইন অথবা পয়েন্ট কাস্টমার নিজ দায়িত্বে করে নিবেন।
১১. ভাড়া গ্রহণকারী যদি ৩ মাসের জন্য ভাড়া নেন; কিন্তু কিছুদিন পরে যদি এসি ফেরত দিতে চান বা চুক্তি বাতিল করতে চান সেক্ষেত্রে ৩ মাসের সম্পূর্ণ ভাড়া অবশ্যই পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
১২. ভাড়া গ্রহণকারী যদি ৬ মাসের জন্য ভাড়া নেন; কিন্তু কিছুদিন পরে যদি এসি ফেরত দিতে চান বা চুক্তি বাতিল করতে চান সেক্ষেত্রে যদি তিন মাসের পূর্বে হয়, তাহলে ৪,০০০/- করে মাসিক ভাড়া নির্ধারন করে মোট তিন মাসের ভাড়া ১২,০০০/- পরিশোধ করিতে হবে এবং যদি ৩ মাসের পরে হয়, সেক্ষেত্রে ১ম মাস থেকে মাসিক ভাড়া ৪,০০০/- টাকা নির্ধারন করে সম্পূর্ণ টাকা পরিশোধ করিতে হবে।
১৩. ভাড়া গ্রহণকারী যদি ১ বছরের জন্য ভাড়া নেন; কিন্তু কিছুদিন পরে যদি এসি ফেরত দিতে চান বা চুক্তি বাতিল করতে চান সেক্ষেত্রে যদি ৩ মাসের পূর্বে হয়, তাহলে ৪,০০০/- করে মাসিক ভাড়া নির্ধারন করে মোট তিন মাসের ভাড়া ১২,০০০/- পরিশোধ করিতে হবে। তবে যদি ৩ মাসের পরে হয়, সেক্ষেত্রে ১ মাস পূর্বে লিখিত আবেদনের মাধ্যমে এসি সার্ভিসিং বিডি কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানাতে হবে। অন্যথায় ১ মাসের ভাড়া অতিরিক্ত পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
১৪. ভাড়া গ্রহণকারী যদি ভাড়াকৃত এসি মাসের শুরু অথবা মধ্যখানে বা শেষের দিকে এসি ফেরত দিতে চান সেক্ষেত্রে পুরো মাসর ভাড়া পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
বিঃদ্রঃ কেউ যদি ৩ বছরের বেশি সময়ের জন্য এসি ভাড়া নিয়ে থাকে তাহলে তাকে সম্পূর্ণ নতুন একটি এসি লাগিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।
- You must fill out the form for AC rental and photocopy of NID or Passport must be provided.
- If you are willing to rent AC for less than 3 months, the rental of AC rental will be determined through negotiation.
- Rent receiver must comply with the following terms and conditions:
- a. Monthly rent for each month will be pay 5th or before, office of AC SERVICING BD at Shop No. 46, Second Floor Shamatot Complex Demra Staff Quarter Demra, Dhaka-5 or The money will be paid to the nominated representative via money receipt by AC SERVICING BD. If the hirer in exchange for it does not accept the receipt duly signed by a representative nominated by AC SERVICING BD, No payment will be accepted by AC SERVICING BD.
- b. Keep rented AC good, error free and efficient and AC SERVICING BD shall be obliged to give its representative the time and opportunity to inspect it.None other than AC SERVICING BD’s technician may be hired to repair the damaged AC. In the event of any loss of AC specified by any technician other than the designated technician other than the AC servicing bidder, the hireling AC shall be liable to BD for the service.
- c. The hirer of the hired AC shall be under his / her own charge and supervision at the address specified. Without the prior written permission of AC SERVICING BD from there, the AC cannot be transferred or mortgages in some other way Cannot sell, rent, transfer etc. These Terms are in accordance with AC SERVICING BD or unobservedly, AC SERVICING BD shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement if the hirer breaches the breach and Immediately after AC SERVICING BD the rented AC tenant will be obliged to explain.
- Willingness or involuntary neglect of the tenant or AC fire accepted for any other reason or Damage due to floods or destroyed or lost, Theft or Either way, the pain of the rent collector or when out of control , The rent receiver will be obliged to pay all compensation money to AC SERVICING BD.
- If for some reason the AC / AC indoor unit / outdoor unit needs to be removed after fitting the AC, In that case, the appropriate service charge for the AC hirer and partial gas charge must be paid.
- The 1st party is the security party at the time of returning the AC (AC SERVICING BD) Pay back to the 2nd party (AC hirer).
If the tenant is willing to use more days / months even after the expiry of the contract, the tenant should inform the lender in a written application and according to the previous agreement, the rent of AC should be paid. Any problem with AC will be resolved within a maximum of 72 hours after the company (AC SERVICING BD) has been notified.
- Failure to pay the rent for 2 months, the tenant will be obliged to pay back the AC.
- The Company (AC SERVICING BD) may cancel AC’s contract within 10 (ten) days on mobile phones or through written notice. In that case, any objection by the AC hirer would not be acceptable.
- We will put 5 feet of copper pipe free. If you need an extra copper pipe after 5 feet of copper pipe, then the customer is required to pay an additional 300tk taka for running feet 1 ton to 2 ton copper pipe and an additional 350tk taka for copper pipes from 2.5 tons to 5 tons has to be paid.
- The customer will take charge of the electric line or point customer to operate the AC. An extra 350tk taka for a ton of copper pipe should be paid. From 2.5 tons to 5 tons has to be paid.
- If the tenant rents for 3 months but if you want to return the AC after a while or In case you want to cancel the contract, you must pay 3 months full rent. Note: If someone has rented an AC for more then 3 years, they will be given completely a new AC.
